Orders and Shipping

How can I track the status of my order? 

As soon as your order is placed you'll receive an order confirmation email and further email at order dispatch. Shipping can be tracked using the Royal Mail tracking number which will be sent by email upon order dispatch.  If you have placed an order but have not received your order confirmation please contact us and we will be happy to help. 

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to UK destinations only using Royal Mail Tracked postal service. 

How long does shipping take?

Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 48 Hour tracked service (2-3 business days). Please note that we cannot guarantee same day dispatch. 

Can I change my order?

If you would like to change your order, please notify us as soon as possible.  Unfortunately, we will be unable to change your order after this has been dispatched for delivery, in which case you may request a return upon order delivery.  See our Returns Policy here

Payments

What payment methods are accepted? 

You can pay by Google Pay, Apple Pay, and all major credit cards.  All payments are processed by Shopify. 

Returns and Refunds

Do you accept returns? 

Yes, we offer refunds but do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and refunded, make a separate purchase for the new item. How will my refund for any returns be processed?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
